What I love most about this dish is how easy it is to create and the adequate amounts of nutrients that it provides. Carbohydrates and fats are proven to provide you the most fuel and muscle replenishment during any workout.
With that being said, all you'll need is:
For Chickpeas:
1 can of chickpeas
1 freshly squeezed lemon
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tsp of chili pepper season
1 tbsp of olive oil
Apply the following ingredients to your chickpeas in a bowl, spread onto a pan and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden at 350 degrees.
Apply a spread of avocado onto the slice of bread along with a fresh lime on top and WALLAH!
Whether it be for breakfast or a snack, this meal will integrate all the components on maintaining your glucose levels and add fuel to your system. You can't run an engine without FUEL!
